I am a Senior Project Manager with over thirty five years experience within the oil and gas, petrochemical and the mineral processing industries. I have comprehensive experience in project management, project engineering, procurement, contract administration, estimating, cost, scheduling, project control and quality related activities as well as engineering and design work and the coordination of construction, design, engineering, drafting and procurement activities. My initial career was focussed working at head office and construction sites in a range of countries in the petrochemical industry. This included a broad range of activities and roles including estimator, contract engineer, construction engineer, quantity surveyor, cost engineer and planner. Experience was then gained in the design / project engineering role to gain Chartered Engineer status prior to emigrating from the UK to Australia in 1988.My broad based project engineering background provides an in depth appreciation of all aspects of project delivery and the design, procurement and construction processes. This has led to successful project management and execution of numerous brownfield and greenfield projects and feasibility studies covering EPCM, EPC and working with joint ventures, various commodities, brownfields and greenfield project and for a wide range of clients and in a wide range of countries.I have just completed work with DRA and am currently looking for further opportinities.
