Mining Manager for Leeville Underground operations directly responsible for approximately 680 employees and business partners. Lead Safety and Health Performance by engaging global HSLP including experience working towards accident free environment and low risk work practices. Responsible for designing and developing site strategies to maximize value of assets. Develop large size underground mine-specific business plans to deliver value accretive growth over medium to long term along with managing multifunctional underground mining groups with multimillion dollar budgets.

Post acquisition of Lawlers Gold Mine by Gold Fields took over Mining Manager for Lawlers and Agnew sites incorporating three underground operations along with management of surface operations associated with maintaining the roads, air strips etc. Directly responsible for 480 employees along with two IC for the remainder of the site when covering for the General Manager.Lead Safety and Health Performance by engaging global HSLP including experience working towards accident free environment and low risk work practices. Responsible for designing and developing site strategies to maximize value of assets. Promoted to the Mining Manager position directly responsible for the health & safety of all employees and business partners, delivery of ounces within budget costs and develop LOM plans including associated costs. Managed Operations, Maintenance and Technical services for two Underground operations with an approximate team size of 200. Two IC for the remainder of the site when covering for the General Manager.
