This work includes but is not limited to homework assistance at request, email availability to answer questions, and to provide the instructor with additional support when grading or reviewing student work. Student homework assistance includes Citation help, clarification of Historic material, and assistance with study (study sessions and providing study habit tips) to anyone upon request. This job required general communication skills (oral and written), Microsoft Office product proficiency, a general ability to simplify and explain course materials. Achievements are again difficult to measure, although it should be noted that most of the students involved with the class that reported to me saw marginal improvement in their performance.
