Aspective Consulting has won awards and is recognised by many industry leaders as innovative and purposeful. Aspective trains and develops workplaces in not only how to be an effective workplace to support neurodivergent workers, but to find effective solutions that can enable their workforce more broadly to be the best it can be. During the founding and management of this business, I have demonstrated skills involved including writing grant applications, pitching to clients and investors, developing and administering workshops and navigating the time management needed to start and run a business while finishing a PhD.
