Now retired from PwC, where I specialised in advising law firms, being part of PwC's national specialist team in this sector for 27 years and co-author to PwC's Law Firm Survey. I was, until 2017, also a member of the Board of the Solicitors Specialist Interest Group at the ICEAW.I was President of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce in 2014. Until recentIy I was Chair of the University of Sheffield Careers Advisory Board and was formerly Treasurer to two local charities (Sheffield Cathedral and Clubs for Young People in South Yorkshire).Since 2017 working as consultant to the legal sector Also become Board/Trustee at Cavendish Cancer Care in Sheffield. Appointed Executive in Residence at Sheffield Hallam University in March 2018.Appointed Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in October 2022.Attended Common Purpose South Yorkshire in 1997 (ish) Specialties: Common sense!
