I currently work for Walnut Unlimited as Data Analytics Manager. Walnut is a research agency specialising in understanding human behaviour. My role is to use multiple analytical techniques to help clients get the most out of their research to drive the company further. Responsibilities include:• Designing and building Conjoint models to determine optimum product portfolios, looking at price elasticity and determining price and demand to gauge revenue potential. Some example work includes Passport cost and delivery for HMPO, optimum portfolio mix/pricing for Vonage and product development for KP Nuts.• Creating pricing models using Gabor Granger and Van Westendorp techniques• Drivers Analysis using Shapley Regression and using Reaction Time Testing to determine results at both a conscious and sub-conscious level• Max Diff studies to determine which features have the most importance, using designs to compare items against one another to determine relative rankings.

ISG is the market leader in forecasting and maximising revenue from seating in stadia and arenas, and enhancing the spectator experience. I specialise in researching and analysing data, in order to aid in the maximisation of revenues from seating in stadia. Responsibilities include:• Creating conjoint/pricing models for corporate hospitality in Stadia using Bayesian Analysis, including Wembley, Atlético Madrid and the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium. This process includes deciding on the optimum corporate product mix for these Stadia.• Designing surveys using Sawtooth software• Designed an interactive stadium map to be used in surveys using HTML and Java. This drew in data using CBC (Choice based conjoint), which in turn was used to maximise seating revenue at the Camp Nou, FC Barcelona.• Worked with a range of clients from project planning to execution, delivering data based solutions to maximise revenue from stadia redevelopments. • Part of the Debenture sales process for the RFU at Twickenham, which involved the redistribution and allocation of every seat inside the stadium, in the £50m+ renovation of the East Stand development. This involved working with architects to design the consumer journey inside the stadium• Built VBA based programs which can manipulate and automate reports directly from our SQL database.• Delivering training to international divisions of the company.

This role involved working for the London Ambulance Service as the Performance Analyst for the Fleet and Logistics Department. I specialised in coming up with solutions to improve performance and to make the service more efficient. My tasks included: • Building advanced excel/VBA based programs to create user interfaces to automate and simplify otherwise lengthy/complex tasks • Create and present strategic plans based on data analysis to progress processes in place • Working with outside contractors to improve efficiency • Producing weekly/monthly KPI reports • Designed a cataloging system for the process of stocking ambulances • Assisted in the planning for the London 2012 Olympic Games regarding Ambulance demands

The Yorcard is a smartcard ticket used on transport systems in the Yorkshire region. The research project was put in place to focus on reducing delays, fraud and administrative costs. My tasks included: - Finding and managing a small team to work in local schools to interview children regarding transport in the area - Carrying out surveying work on local trains and buses to aid the pilot scheme for the ‘Yorcard’, which improved my communicative and interpersonal skills - Analysed data to show whether the research targets were achieved and were feasible
