Assist in bookkeeping, basic data entry, and market research/analyzation. Gaining further experience in client relations, financial literacy, excel, and finance databases.

Learn and understand new basketball technology created to actively increase shooting percentage for individuals. Train incoming employees and potential customers to operate machinery and apply shooting analytics to improve their performance. Out of the 64 potential customers I have interacted with, I sold memberships to 48 of them (75% sales success rate). I have led multiple workshops for both members and other employees to further educate them about Shoot 360’s variety of options to develop players properly and more efficiently.

I am required to prepare water and bread for new incoming customers. I refill waters, clear plates when a customer is finished with their food, and clean up/prepare tables when a customer leaves. Bussing at a high-end restaurant such as Il Fornaio comes with great responsibility. I have to always be on time, come to work dressed nicely and groomed properly, and also have to maintain a fast pace while still being cautious.

I was a sales representative for Cutco. I would schedule meetings via Zoom with potential clients and take them through a 30 minute presentation introducing the product. Within my first month, I sold around $4,500 worth of Cutco.

I was responsible for entering inventory into our system and keeping the warehouse clean, as well as performing side duties when my help was needed. This included moving and placing furniture into its assigned area in the warehouse or the house that was being staged. I learned a lot about technological inventory as well as organization skills while working with this company.

I set up and close down the outdoor cabana, properly arranged furniture, took customers desired food/beverage orders as well as brought out food and drinks to the designated customers. I gained a lot of valuable interactive and customer service skills during this job.
