I am employed as a tills operator and shelf stockist. I also aid in customer queries and heavy lifting when I am not occupied with till duties. I am given additional duties such as Stock analysis, storeroom organisation, and new starter training. Over the course of my employ, I have had enquiries and tasks that require problem solving, communication, co-operating, and commercial awareness.

I was employed to stock the shelves from the daily delivery, and trained as a tills operator. I was expected to be able to work on my own initiative and be self-reliant, and be able to work to a deadline.

Primary role in my employment was to stack shelves, operate tills, and run the Bakery. I was additionally tasked with Delivery paperwork sign-off, wastage reduction, Stock counts, Produce and work from Shelf Gap Lists, and train new staff in till operation and efficient shelf stocking. I developed excellent customer service skills, and team co-operation skills.

My employment at this store was as a shelf stockist and tills operator. I worked alongside a strong team and was able to quickly build relationships with staff and customers. Additional tasks included following gap lists to ensure shelf availability, stock checks, stock rotation, and re-merchandising.
