As a Digital Marketing and Client Services leader with 18 years experience, I have led cross-functional account teams and full funnel digital strategies, managing multi £mil budgets and delivering growth for global enterprise brands across a wide range of industries, including Retail, Consumer Electronics, Fashion & Apparel, Luxury, Finance, Fintech, Travel, F&B, FMCG and Health.Throughout a 15 year tenure at Greenlight Digital, a leading independent agency, I was integral to shaping the agency’s culture and its evolution from a Paid Search & SEO specialist to a full-service, performance focussed digital agency. Building industry leading account teams, establishing and retaining client relationships in excess of 10 years, and developing agency operations that supported the business’s growth. Following Greenlight's acquisition by Brave Bison in 2021, I held a senior leadership position within the new agency where I was responsible for managing the Client Services function of the Brave Bison Performance business, leading client and new business growth strategies and aligning group operations – including the launch of a new PSA and Finance platform across the agency. Prior to Greenlight / Brave Bison, I started in online in 2007 at Advertising.com (part of AOL), planning and executing campaigns across what were then, relatively new Search and Display networks and later moved to Channel 4, where I led the coordination and optimisation of brand / agency campaigns across all Channel 4 digital media properties.With a background in performance and being deeply connected to cross-channel activity, analysis and optimisation, I have extensive experience across the breadth of digital channels, platforms and services, including:
