The Group's core businesses are in plantation, oil mill, upstream and downstream timber harvesting & value added processing, manufacturing and trading.

Responsible for the planning and management of the Group's financial directives, fiscal and accounting policies, corporate tax both onshore and offshores, as well as overseeing HR, administrative and IT functions.Business partner to senior management team in executing business plans and strategies.

Responsible for managing the Finance & Admin. functions, such as compilation of management reports, preparation of financial budgets & forecasts, cash flows management, liaising with tax agent on onshore and offshores business tax matters, auditors on statutory audits, bankers on banking facilities.
