Equipment studies and selection for the power, solar, L.N.G., and refinery project. Proactively negotiate with the contractor, subcontractor, and equipment supplier/manufacture, evaluate and finalize the service or equipment, and complete the project's schedule with the supplier. Played a pivotal role in vision building, goal setting, and restructuring of the organization along with client relationship management. I also established and nurtured productive relationships with the key decision-makers to further strategic goals and increased opportunities.Key Accomplishments:• Project presentation and negotiation with the buyer/government agency/utility company. • Initiate & executed utility-scale Solar farm project in North Carolina and Florida – total of $US225 million in the asset. • Executed a five-year long-term off-take agreement on L.N.G. supply to China valued at over $US24 billion annually.• Initiated Liquefication Natural Gas export terminal project (ongoing) – 20 Mta in Louisiana, total fixed investment of $US18 billion. • Initiated Canadian oil sand vertical integration project (ongoing) 60,000 barrels/day scale.• Executed Bitumen (Asphalt) supply contract - 100,000 mt/m for 120 months ($US3.6 billion) • Initiated Eastern Caribbean country – 45,000 barrels/day oil refinery + 50Mw natural gas-fired combined-cycle I.P.P. power plant E.P.C. project ($800 million projects).
