Plan and oversee all projects to deliver the highest value to those using VisitTrackerWeb.com. Work directly with state agency clients to ensure the system meets data collection and reporting requirements across all home visiting programs in the their state. Promote and develop support material for the all new and updated features. Create and implement a roadmap to maintain existing and gain new customers.

MULTI-SITE MANAGEMENT: Support and train 11 sites statewide in program implementation, program management systems and performance measures. Design and/or implement the systems and processes used. DATABASE and SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION: Analyze existing systems and highlight areas of improvement. Gather new requirements and create functional specifications to meet data collection requirements. Monitor performance, discover variances, propose and implement necessary changes. Create reports demonstrating performance and compliance. Prepare technical user manuals and other technical reports.
