• Manage the planning, budgeting, marketing, and delivery of the annual International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) show and achieve year-on-year growth in revenue, profit and visitor / exhibitor numbers and customer.

• Identify, qualify, and secure a host country for the show each year. Working closely with the legal and finance teams throughout the negotiation, contracting and delivery phase.
• Drive strong growth of all revenue streams from our portfolio of marketing solutions including bespoke sponsorship and customised digital offerings from existing and new customers.
• Delivering engaging presentations to both internal and external stakeholders on the values, benefits, and results of the show.
• Full autonomy of the event P+L and reporting the budget to the UK Board of Directors each quarter.

• Management of local offices in India, China and Singapore
• Sales lead for the second largest regional event in the Routes portfolio – Routes Asia
• Sales lead for the inaugural Routes MEA 2015 event

To recruit airports and key industry suppliers to attend the various Routes events throughout the year.Primarily responsible for the French, Turkish and Middle Eastern markets.

Creating and maintaining meeting schedules for delegates in attendance to all Routes events.
