Working as a site manager/lead setting up quality piping, mechanical and code packages for turnaround and new construction. Developed weld log, flange log and package tracking logs. I performed quality audits on material received and work performed in the field. Work performed includes schedule NDE crews, visual inspection, and hydro, visual and penetrate inspection and final quality inspection walk down for sign off of package. I worked closely with client inspection and engineering department.

Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, VT performing each in a variety of environments from refinery to fabrication shops. I worked as a quality inspector on new construction projects. Developed weld maps and walk down punch list. Performed welder’s certification inspection.

I worked as a site supervisor for a mechanical integrity program for a petro chemical refinery. Lead inspector for various turnarounds . Schedule crews for both turn around and daily maintenance in the refinery and outside work. Work closely with refinery inspectors. Level II RT, MT, PT, UTT, VT.
