I manage a team of electrical engineering professionals who are responsible for managing new/proposed electricity connections, electricity asset relocations, and load increases on existing connections in the Sydney East and CBD region (including Sydney City, Botany Bay, Marrickville, Woollahra, Randwick and Waverley Council areas). The team consisting of 13 staff (11 technical, and 2 administrative) primarily oversee and facilitate the delivery of design, contract and project management of contestable electricity infrastructure projects (including all CBD building projects, and large scale developments), and also assess electricity connection applications, respond to customer connection enquiries, provide connection offers, and also give advice to Electrical Consultants, Accredited Service Providers, and customers in relation to planning, design and construction of electricity distribution infrastructure (poles, pillars, substations, etc.)
