I am an Executive Coach who gives leaders the opportunity to stand back from day-to-day pressures, find clarity and progress toward positive outcomes. I encourage great coaching conversations where clients are fully involved in finding solutions and insights that will help them move forward. Coaching is a varied and client-centred activity but it delivers in three main ways:Do - I create a reflective space for clients to formulate priorities and plans and work out how to make them happen!Learn - we jointly explore new ways to tackle challenges, re-frame perceptions and unlearn unhelpful work habits.Become - this is big picture thinking to explore clients’ purpose at work and develop the confidence that will energise their quest for change, renewal or direction. I trained as an organisation psychologist and have over 30 years of experience, having practiced in academia and at three leading consulting firms (IBM, Mercer, ISR now part of Willis Towers Watson). I have successfully built and managed international teams with P&L responsibility - teams that were focused on talent management including employee motivation and personal development.
