I am self-motivated to drive retail results, gain brand ranking in stores, grow brand awareness and acquire market share. I’m passionate about recruiting top talent, sharing the vision of the brand, developing my team to grow with the company, training store employees on product knowledge, planning and executing events, and providing exceptional customer service with my team of Beauty Advisors and Selling Specialist. I was chosen to be on the Mentors Council for Dior 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2022). I helped with onboarding new Account Executives and Coordinators. We gave ideas and feedback to the company to help us grow as a team. I was chosen to be on the Diversity & Inclusion Branding Taskforce for Dior in 2021.
