Overview: • Member of the Red Bee Media Executive Leadership Team, reporting to CEO responsible for global P&L, customer relationships, product management, technology, software development, project delivery, and support.Main Responsibilities: • Develop and manage global product lines for live environments, studios, playout, media management, post-production, VOD, OTT platform, and distribution. • Responsible for all technology and product strategy.• Responsible for the global product P&L valued at £180m per annum. • Work with customers, partners, and the market to develop revenue opportunities.• Qualify opportunities through Salesforce to assess viability, resources are available and opportunity meets product strategy.• Work closely with commercial and marketing organisation to drive sales and define go to market strategy.• Responsible for the delivery, operation and governance of all global projects estimated at 700 projects per annum.• Manage all infrastructure requirements including the establishment and operation of new hybrid cloud in partnership with Cisco.• Responsible for software development teams managing over 50 different code bases.• Ensure Global Broadcast and Media regulatory requirements are upheld.• Operate a Global team in such a way as to exploit all lessons learned across the multiple sites and services.• Build and develop an effective talent pool and ensure robust succession plans.
