My core passion lies in understanding and solving for the critical variables, KPIs, and the drivers of each portion of the equation that impact the outcomes; Broadly speaking the macro and micro economics, people, systems, processes, competition, tech, data, consumer, etc. Once these are understood, one can control for & engineer the future outcomes in relation to these pieces (game theory of sorts). Leveraging this mindset with a great team, strong vision, and big data to create revenue growth and chunky gross margin, EBITDA, and free cash flow. And then nesting this work inside thoughtful leverage and capital structures to accelerate results for the team, and return on equity for investors. And decades later, Amber Pacific still maintains more than ~100K unique monthly listeners on digital radio (Spotify for example).
