ERMP Manager:• Conducts audits and completes reporting for the TAQA North QMP and RMP plan. Responsible for selection, assignment, coordination and scheduling of electrical inspectors for skid packages, field construction and annual log inspections• Responsible for contracts with Electrical Inspection AgenciesUtility Contact:• Work with operations to coordinating electrical outages when maintenance is required• Complete account reviews and revise contracts as required• Coordinate projects with Fortis and ATCO, ensuring capital infrastructure is in place to meet future demand• FE/EPC when working with Electrical Utility providers• Coordinate site energization with Utility provider and electrical contractor• Assist in contract obligations with Operations and Facility EngineeringElectrical Internal Support to Facility Engineers and Capital Projects:• Responsible for TN Approved Manufacturer’s List (AML) • Responsible for TN Approved Vendor’s List (AVL)• Responsible for all TN Electrical Specification Procedures• Provide technical and project management expertise in the creation of cost effective designs as well as start-up and commissioning assistance of new projects• Assist in quotation for projects• Review and approve all DBM’s• Review and comment on skid and field construction schedules• Review and comment on skid and field AFE estimates• Participate in Hazop/What Ifs as required• Review and approve all electrical drawings at various stages of the engineering cycle• Review and approve all RFP’s in consultation with EPC’s prior to IFP• Review and work with EPC on selection of Electrical Contractor for skid and field construction• Review and approve Electrical Contractor ITP for skid and field construction• Receive and approve electrical contractor QA/QC packages• Review and approve Engineering/Operations Turnover Package• Receive Electrical Contractors RED LINE drawings prior to submission to EPC for back drafting
