I'm a successful operations and executive leader within the Telecommunications industry for over 3 decades. I've spent most of that time leading field operations. I'm known for my optimistic/empathetic outlook, open communication style as well as my integrity. I'm very comfortable around people in every walk of life and line of work. Most recently my passion and drive has been spent around improving employee engagement and customer satisfaction at the field level position (installer, service, maintenance and construction front-line employees). Introducing new ways to engage (in measurable ways, using Office Vibe surveys) and providing impactful customer engagement training for these field employees, has dramatically improved our employee engagement and overall customer satisfaction scores at WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone. Net Promoter Scores have also improved significantly. After deploying these techniques to our Field Operations team, I was then able to do the same with our Commercial Operations support teams (Order Entry, Service Delivery and Business Customer Care for large/mid and small enterprises). In all cases we improved productivity and other key metrics that enabled us to meet and exceed budgeted goals. I've also focused on developing our leaders (directors, managers, supervisors, etc.), helping them become successful leaders as well as managers in their lines of business.
