Client Quality Advisor working on the upstream side of the APLNG gas gathering network. APLNG is an aligned joint venture that combines Origin’s leading position in Australian CSG development and ConocoPhillips extensive LNG and CSG capabilities. The position was Site based here in Australia and China.

• Continuously monitor, inspect and audit Subcontractors’ for compliance with project standards, client specifications and approved Inspection Test Plans.• Regularly reviews of Procedures, Materials, Traceability, Non-Destructive Testing, post weld heat treatment, Coatings, Welding Procedures and Qualifications for Subcontractors and Company on and offsite.• Progressively review, verification and compilation of Manufacturers Data Records for Subcontractors’ and Company.• Coordinate witness and verify all on site non destructible testing and liaise with non-destructive testing vendor contractors.• Carry out all inspections as required by the project standards, client specifications, test pack inspection and test record’s and approved inspection and test plan’s. Performing Quality inspection of Gas and water distribution components for compliance with clients and global specifications. Ensuring the appropriate testing and welding procedures have been carried out on each component on multiple projects.• Supervising and mentoring junior staff members in the current role preformed.• Ensuring correct documentation has been supplied from the vendor.• Conversing with project management teams on issues and compliance of materials.• Liaising with Clients and senior management on progression of data collected.• Liaising with Vendors on discrepancies’ and ongoing clarity of direction of goods to Clients Specification. • Weekly and monthly reporting of progress to multiple projects.• Producing new work Instructions and procedures for individual projects. Validation and revision of previous work instructions and procedures.• Liaise with the client’s representatives in relation to code, specifications and project requirements
