Managing up to six different warehouses daily on a multi location site with a work force of fifteen men.The warehouses covered everything from Goods Inward, kit preparation for manufacture (single machines and batch assembly of hundreds) through to the crating and despatch of finished product to a worldwide customer base.

I was in charge of a small team who worked on multiple shifts through the day from 8.00am to 9.00pm at night. The team processed stock coming from goods receiving, to be held in the bulk warehouse as there was not enough space for it to be held in the main order picking warehouse.We organised daily replenishment runs from the bulk to the picking warehouse, as well as helped to fulfil customer orders for despatch.My other functions were stock inventory control, as well as attending weekly interdepartmental progress meetings.
