Developed automated software solutions to process outbound print/mail healthcare documents using PowerShell, Visual Basic and C++ scripting in addition to scripting tools provided by a private vendor to automate 24-hour processing of data and reporting. Maintained SharePoint site for storage of all critical documents. Responsible for on-site configuration of Role-based access control using Active Directory.
