As Investment Director I am responsible for the effective management of all OMD Group agencies’ investment portfolio. This will be delivered through clear-sighted vendor investment decisions and market leading pricing for our clients. As a business leader I am also responsible for driving OMD’s Vision from within.Core Responsibilities:• Building and maintaining effective and productive relationships• Negotiation of all media agreements that deliver to client objectives• Deliver outstanding client satisfaction • Deliver efficient and effective trading solutions • Collaborative working practices with internal stakeholders to produce better solutions • Success of analytics• Partnership and relationship management• Facilitate deeper knowledge sharing and collaboration across OMD Group media agencies• Maintain team’s knowledge and expertise to adapt to industry changes

• Negotiating terms of trade contracts & guaranteed CPT Deals on behalf of clients.• Buying all television activity for designated clients, including all day to day negotiations with networks.• Ensuring delivery of all television targets, and where possible improving ratings, reach and cost efficiency.• Writing and presentation of campaign pre and post analysis to clients.

• Key client and account service contact on all television activity.• Planning and implementation of television schedules.• Writing and presenting results reviews and proposals to clients.• Deal negotiations with a number of media owners.• Building relationships with account management, sales reps and European affiliates.

• Writing and presenting media proposals.• Key buying functions, pre/post analysis and monitoring of all media.• Negotiating deals with media owners and developing good client relations.• Ensuring smooth and effective running of trans-Tasman business.
