Key Achievements include - ✔Introduced National supply agreements resulting in $750k of savings✔Reduced active suppliers from 2500 to 1500 without compromising the business✔Reduce vehicle and tool of trade vehicle lease costs by $93k As the National Fleet Service/Engineering Manager I was responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the the fleet across the Australia Pacific region which include the management of the major repair workshops and teams along with co ordinating contractors and the engineering / project install teams. I had Opex and Capex responsibilities as well as managing supplier and contract negotiations and warranty / policy. Key Achievements include✔Optimised maintenance procedures to reduce maintenance cost without compromising reliability✔Project managed complex offshore power install resulting in 66% profit✔Revised major refurbishment workshop layout to increase turnaround times
