Various opening duties include, but not limited to, project management, restaurant design, steps of service manual and SOP creation, staff hiring and training, Toast POS and Tock reservation system implementation, FFE selection and ordering, and creation of the entire bar program including cocktails, spirits list, and wine list. Various post-opening duties including leadership of the restaurant, inventory management system creation, event planning and execution, and all necessary duties needed of a General Manager.

Manager and Beverage Director for a multi-unit restaurant group. Directly involved with creation and/or renovation of multiple bars within the group. Frequently managed across all restaurant locations and assisted with company wide improvements on operations and logistics. Responsible for all operations of the bar including menu creation, spirits + wine selection, staff training, and event planning. Sister restaurant to Kingfisher.
