Ergo Global (formerly Fit for Work) is a global ergonomics consultancy company with offices in Singapore and Ireland. Our services range from ergonomics evaluations, educational webinars and seminars, ergonomics programme management as well as our proprietary Ergonomics Self-Assessment and Education Tool. We have established a world leading ergonomics consultancy network to provide high level ergonomics support to our clients globally. We have consultants in all major cities who speak over 30 languages as well as being fluent English speakers. All of the consultant's in Fit for Work's ergonomics network have recognised specialist ergonomics accreditations and certifications. Their experience ranges from six years to over 25 years in office and industrial ergonomics as well as human factors. Many of our consultants also have a background in healthcare and apply this knowledge and skillset to provide a more holistic service.

My role is to monitor the performance of the Company's investment managers and to report to the CEO and Board on how each is delivering on the mandate. Control of costs is a particular concern as we seek to maximise the return on the Company's invested capital within agreed ranges of risk tolerance.

My speciality is devising long-term strategic asset allocations for investment portfolios. This requires finding innovation in asset classes and a forward-looking bias on asset mixes that recognises the individual risk and reward of each client.I am a founding member of Cornmarket's Investment Committee on their public sector AVC and PRSA funds. I have been an external adviser to the Committee since July 2008, and I continue to provide this service to the Committee. We monitor the performance of the funds' managers to assess the relative and absolute risk/return being achieved for Cornmarket's clients.I am a founding member of Cornmarket's Matrix Committee. I have been an external adviser to this Committee since July 2008. The Matrix Committee is responsible for selecting the investment funds that Cornmarket's consultants recommend to its clients whether for long-term saving, lump sum investments and ARF's for the investment of retirement sums by its public sector clients.I am a founding committee member for MoneyMate's Fund Manager of the Year awards. Based on strict criteria devised by the committee, these awards seek to identify the best in class fund and fund management company offering investment funds to Irish retail and pension investors.

I joined Compass in July 2017 as part of a succession plan. I wished to ensure that my investment clients would not risk any interruption to the high quality of service and advice that they had enjoyed from me when they were clients of Cedar Training and Consultancy Ltd.Having researched the choice of 'boutique' wealth management firms in Dublin, I concluded that Compass had those qualities that I was seeking, and where I believed that my clients would receive the best advice and service.I have now concluded my formal association with Compass. This was originally scheduled to last for a period of three years, to 30th June last year, but Jonathan and I agreed to extend it by six months to 31st December 2020.I am delighted with the hugely successful transition of my clients to Compass, and I have every confidence that they will continue to receive an excellent service from Jonathan and Angela in the years ahead.

I was a leader in breaking down the duopoly of fund managers of Irish charities' portfolios by attracting new managers. In conjunction with these managers I brought new investment products to the market so that charity investors could have choice and a greater say in the risk exposure of their portfolios.In partnership with senior colleagues, I developed a range of investment funds to back the very successful AVC schemes for the firm's public sector client base. Based on my experience, these new funds have delivered very competitive returns for less risk.I developed a range of structures to provide Cornmarket's investment team with the tools to deliver best advice to to its clients.
