Data Manager
Current- Support departmental Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
- Identify and report workflow deficiencies based on workflow review and data assessment.
- Perform gap analyses to identify areas that could benefit from workflow improvement activities and better data capture.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual comparison QA reports to Care Management leadership.
- Support and meet data needs for development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve and enhance performance and services.
- Assist Care Management to meet requests for inter and intra-departmental information.
