Tempted to the town of Kettering by the opportunity to work on a specialist design contract for Kenzo Tange and Urtech, where I was involved in the design of modular laboratory facilities for the (then) School of Earth Sciences at the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain, I also gained a very good grounding in conventional construction techniques and management, mixed up with working with industrial and graphic designers.
