David is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Northern Arizona University's Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Prior to physical therapy school he completed his B.S. in Biochemistry at Arizona State University with Summa Cum Laude Honors and proceeded on to complete a year of medical school before deciding to pursue a different career.As a first-generation Cambodian-American, David was raised with a deep-rooted value for serving others. Combining his personal values with his interests in hands-on patient care, he chose to pursue a career rehabilitating patients as a neurologic physical therapist. David's current goals include:1. Working on projects related to stroke and spinal cord injury rehabilitation2. Entering into a competitive neurologic physical therapy residency3.
