Work with Design Team, Marketing, Legal, and Translations departments to produce / coordinate and manage packaging mechanical artwork for all Henkel / Zotos Hair Care & Color Treatment products.• Manage / Traffic all artwork to respected team including Marketing and Legal for approvals and/or revisions using DaVinci online proofing software• Create packaging comps for video and/or still shots• Work with Photographers and video team to create online content with Models showing how to use/apply hair color treatments• Maintain all brand artwork trackers for printed materials, photoshoots and video• Coordinate materials/products that need to be shipped out for photography to vendors• Manage all vendor invoices for approvals/payment

Structural Design Artist / Project Manager creating and/or updating all dielines for packaging (Film, Paperboard, Corrugated, labels etc.) using Graphite v12. Route all dielines to Engineers and support teams for approvals. Create Illustrator files and PDFs for all approved dielines.Technical Writer - Support multiple aspects of technical documentation in systems such as the Optiva Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, working in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts in Product Development, Packaging, Procurement, Quality, plus external vendors.• Responsible for data collection, analysis and reporting of Packaging, specifications, and other consumer product standards residing in a Technical Information Management System.• Provide assistance to technical resources with data input, ensuring system usage compliance of standards and business processes.• Support technical documentation.

First point of contact for Design Directors, Package Development, Marketing, Legal/Regulatory, and R & D departments to produce, co-ordinate, and manage press-ready Elizabeth Arden Fragrance and Celebrity Fragrance promotional packaging mechanicals.• Prioritize, and traffic artwork using company database to respective departments for approvals.• Meet intense deadlines while following strict Brand and Legal guidelines.• Documentation of artwork records regarding artwork status, revisions, and department responsibilities.• Organize and prioritize hundreds of pieces of artwork.• Collect design materials (mechanicals, photography, matchprints, dielines).• Articulate verbal and email communication.
