I bring a unique blend of experiences from my time at the Black Student Success Network and the Nigerian Communications Commission, where I made significant contributions such as improving client satisfaction and streamlining the onboarding process.Known for my ability to spearhead initiatives, I’ve successfully planned and implemented events and workshops, leading to increased student engagement and utilization of services. My competencies extend to areas like Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Policies & Compliance, Performance Evaluation, and Training & Development. I’m also skilled in Strategic HR Planning and improving departmental efficiency and client satisfaction.In addition to my HR skills, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the American University of Nigeria, which equips me with a unique perspective in the tech industry. I’m also a Varsity Soccer Player at George Brown College, demonstrating my team spirit and commitment.
