We have been serving the customers like Purity Cosmetics, ABA packaging, You Heath, Robanda Int etc. during the last decade.The most impressive customer is Wolfgang from Germany,the founder of EBENHOLZ Skincare.e.k. We came to know each other in 2014.Wolfgang found me with an idea of establishing a skin care brand for man which needs to be designed as a unique skin care packaging set. According to his concept and our discussion,we chose the combination of the black glass bottle and the rubber wood to show the spirit of close to nature,eco-friendly and high end brand image. During the past years,the sales volume of this series of cosmetic became more than three times of the very beginning.There was also difficult experience during the cooperation. In the first deal of 2014, there were a lot of pumps can not pump out the lotion properly because of manually assembling. So I purchased a batch of better pumps personally and offered freely to the customer. While during the using of the product, the customers found that the outer wood lid can easily get off from the plastic inner cap so that the bottle can drop to the ground and be broken by accident.We exchanged the glue in time which suits the climate in Germany.Offered a big amount of free pumps for the replacement.Until now,  we finallysolved all the problems for this design of series packaging with big effort.So the perfect product can be brought to the customers and the brand can be expanded.More than the past ten years,I have been visting many countries like Holland,America,Australia,Japan and UAE ect to learn better about the market trend and communicate more conveniently with customers face-to-face .Thanks to international trading and my customers,I had so many wonderfulexperience in my life. I believe that the rest of my life will be more interestingbecause of you.
