In this role I’m responsible for the global Operations groups and activities, (Engineering, NPI, Quality, Supply Chain, CMs, and Logistics), while manufacturing the products as full turnkey solution at contract manufacturers (CM)/ partners in Israel. Distributing FG either as drop shipment to global ofices or direct to end customers. Work closely with the global offices, Marketing, Sales and with R&D to define the next products generation, the NPI processes and the relevant testing tools.Major achievements – saving millions of $, processes reengineering, improving the inventory turnovers, Implementing the Quality and Engineering groups and their processes, defining and implementing the products testing tools.After the acquisition - Integration of the wireless products into the corporate systems. Managing the NPI of the wireless products. Transferring the knowhow of the wireless products to the global subsidiaries. Moving the production line of the wireless products into the Operations division in the Fareast

Responsibility areas: managing the Supply Chain, Purchasing, Material and Logistic groups and Production subcontractors.In this role I was responsible on the global Supply Chain activities while manufacturing to order (ATO), some in house and some at full turnkey partners in Israel and China. Distributing FG either as drop shipment to global HUBs or direct to end customers. Also I was responsible on the supply chain and the logistic areas at our subsidiaries in US while defining and managing their needs and improving the work processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.During this role I established these groups while defining the work processes and procedures, interfaces with other company groups, sourcing and signed multi millions $ of agreements with global partners, outsourcing production lines to global Turnkey partners in Israel and China, establishment logistic hubs in Netherland, Spain and US, and define set of KPI’s in high level of performance.Major achievements – saving multi millions of $ during negotiation with partners, sourcing and processes reengineering, significantly reducing production LT, inventory turnovers, and improving the whole supply chain alignment.In parallel I was responsible on the Information Systems group. In this role we re-implemented the ERP system, implemented Share Point, several reporting tools and more supportive applications such as logistic forwarding system.

In this role my responsibility was to plan and manage projects resources aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects portfolio as well as projects priorities management, resources conflicts solving, implement new methods and implement MS project 2003 enterprise server as information systems to control that. I established the PMO based on the PMI approach. I have PMP certification from PMI institute.

In this role I managed several Turnkey Account managers while outsourced operation activities (such as material planning, inventory, purchasing, production, packing and shipment) as full turnkey. Also I was responsible of forecasting, material planning, global inventory management, subcontractors purchasing and logistic.In this role I had significant improvement of production Lead Time and improvement of supply processes while achievement cost reduction.
