Member of the coordinating group for the Foresight S&T of the CNR.Main tasks:Assisting Department’s Director with strategic and management choices and networking with Industries. Management and development of Department’s human resources. Evaluation and collection of founding for the research projects. Drafting of the annual and three-years plan for the Department, and various other reports. Events organization. Data analysis of the productivity of the human, scientific and economic resources of the Department and its projects.Coordination of the Three-Year Plan for the Department for the years 2013-2015 and 2014-2016. Contribution to the writing of the National Research Plan for the year 2014. Coordination and organization of the participation of the Department in National Primiere Projects 2012. Official Assignment: Director’s assistant for the project and management of functional-relational databases aimed at the analysis of data and the editing of institutional documents Responsible for: Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the economic and scientific results obtained by CNR scientific network through the development of multidimensional indexes.Main tasks:Analysis and definition of data presentation on scientific results. Data illustration through geographic, thematic, scientific and structural aggregation; indexes, criteria, parameters and synthetic dashboards development.Editing and data analysis of annual reports on CNR scientific and economic results. Punctual analysis on the expenditure and income of CNR structures and institutes, financial supplies and residue funds in annual accounts, attractiveness index, human resources cost and impact factor.Data-mining, data-processing and coherence control on information stored in the different CNR databases and informative platforms. Human resources analysis and data representation. Evaluation of funding sources and costs, monitoring performance and planned results of cost centers Entity (Institutes and Departments). He is involved in the extraction, analysis, graphical representation of data, indexes and consistency check within the Office jurisdiction.Cooperative analysis of national and international scientific productivity. In particular analysis, development, management and implementation of databases aimed at measuring the internationalization of CNR’s research products.Analysis of the needs and demands, development and application of models for the distribution of Ordinary Operational Funds at different stages of their assignment to CNR Scientific Network.Analysis, data-mining, data-processing and reports for 7PQ, FIRB and PON projects as support for Governing Bodies.

Design and implementation of integrated communications and strategic plans for government. Particular attention has been also paid to the study and data management of PA and the protection of institutional and political communication quality.Support to the Management of CNR infrastructures
