- Ansible. Experience in configure an Ansible framework, installing Python, Ansible and Django (in order to have a GUI ready for the end user). Responsible to create playbooks required by the client.- Quicksilver project. Experience on CI/CD (Automation) technologies, configuring deployment environments through Jenkins and XL Deploy. Basically the app Team provide us a repository (SVN, Git, CVS) that contains their code, and in Jenkins I configured that repository and create and configure the necessary commands to build their code (maven, java, ant) and with a XL Deploy plugin I was in charge to configure the artifacts and resources necessaries to deploy the code/files to the requested servers. In XL Deploy I defined the Infrastructure (servers and instances) and the Environments (Dev, Stage and Production with their respective dictionaries).

- Experience on AMS projects, in charge to modify, create and update programming code in projects based in ASP and Visual Basic. Work with SQL to retrieve and update information from Client’s Data Bases- Experience on Enterprise Blackberry User Accounts supporting Outlook Mobile Access, creation of BES Accounts, set up Enterprise Activation, knowledge walking through the user to configure the Device to Synchronize with Outlook account, help user to fix some issues with email, calendar and outlook synchronization, knowledge about how to reset and wipe User’s device.- Electronic Fax. Responsible for maintaining list of numbers, providing numbers to customers, troubleshoot with fax delaying, errors on modems/connectors of the application.- Experience on GE Corporate Applications- GE Collaboration Services Experience, being able to troubleshoot and resolve client side problems/requests: connectivity issues, mobile device synchronization issues, message recoveries, Outlook calendar issues, releasing quarantined email- GE Platform Services Experience, providing monitoring support on TripOptimizer Application, taking care of periodical review of monitoring tools like Sitescope, GAPC, taking care of the warning/problem alerts generated for the monitoring tools providing fast expert knowledge of any kind of the problems and its resolutions

• Responsible to develop web pages which the Enterprise offers their products to the customers, I was in charge of all the design and functionality of the entire Web Pages linked to their respective Data Bases.• Design of Artwork and publishing on Magazines directed to a Sport Customers• Animation and Design on Publicity for Magazines and Web Pages

• Responsible to take videos in the different production line’s of the plant, edit with computer tools for making an structural video to teach the new personal do the activities in the lines before they begin to work directly.• Design and develop all the applications and the contents of each video.• Design development experience.
