In recent years, GWAS summary statistics are often used to perform analyses such as genetic correlation analysis. The consensus among such genetic correlation analyses is that shared genetic effects are the rule rather than the exception. However, the reason for this remains unclear. We suspect GWAS results to reflect what researchers deem to be important outcomes, and how researchers in general define these. We also suspect the presence of underlying genetic dimensions that perhaps offer a better representation of how nature formed genetic variation in human populations. Title: Assessing subjectivity in Gilt-head sea bream traits scoringStudy into the scores given to fish for appearance traits in fish breeding. Since appearance is a subjective trait it is difficult to score this consistently, therefore we used convolutional neural networks to establish an unbiased reference based on images of fish. This unbiased reference was used to analyze the consistency of scores given by expert fish breeders.
