Grade: 9.5/10In my internship at the Kole group at the NIN, I studied the interaction of satellite oligodendrocytes and their host pyramidal neuron. By patching the satellite oligodendrocyte and its host we aimed to identify if these cells communicate Afterward, we extended our study in network events, i.e. sharp wave ripples. In my second project, I supported the Verhaagen group with electrophysiological recordings and immunohistochemistry of acute slices with the aim of identifying what role Sema3A plays in PNN enveloped parvalbumin interneurons.Supervisors: dr.
