Mijn naam is David van Valkenburg. Ik help hoog-risico organisaties die vastlopen bij het leren van calamiteiten. Onderzoeken die focus leggen op oorzaken, tekortkomingen en de direct betrokkenen. Ik geef hier trainingen en workshops over en ik doe calamiteitenonderzoek. Ik ben auteur van twee boeken: Achteraf is makkelijk praten en Frisse blik. Die eerste gaat volledig over incidentonderzoek en leren van de dagelijkse praktijk.Verder ben ik trotse vader van drie prachtige kinderen. Ik hoop dat ik de wereld een beetje mooier kan maken voor ze. Op dinsdag lukt dat vrij goed, dan maak ik namelijk, volgens mijn zoon, de beste pasta van de wereld.Meer weten?
