I am an experienced, dedicated and passionate manager with exceptional leadership and knowledge of the hospitality industry.My background includes ten years of creating and providing exceptional guest service, running day to day operations including inventory, scheduling, marketing, advertising, and increasing sales and profitability. I have had great success while focusing on team coaching, problem solving with kitchen efficiency, inventory, and increasing customer satisfaction. Most recently I am owner and operator of Siebert’s Pub of Salem. I extremely dedicated working over sixty hours a week to maintain building, staffing and customer needs.
