Remote Position

I currently work Sitel Group as a remote customer service representative for their mobile device and electronics insurance department. I am responsible for handling any questions and concerns customers have about their policy's and registered devices as well as occasional handle and process claims from damages. Its a very hands on and attentive job that i really care about and take a lot of pride in. I am very efficient with my job and it comes very natural to me however i am looking for more positive opportunities for myself as well and I hope to one day be able to switch to your company. This position taught me literally everything i needed to know to grow from just an idea into a legitimate functioning and stable online business.
