Košík.cz is one of the largest e-grocery companies in Czechia which offers grocery delivery to your door.🚩 About my role:▪ I was a part of market expansion team and cooperated closely with operations and category managers▪ My main responsibilities were the assortment range available and their selling price in Czech regions▪ Participated in expanding to new countries (Bulgaria and Slovakia) where my goal was to set up sales processes (mainly assortment selection, purchasing and pricing)▪ Lead a project for new pricing software implementation. Defined pricing processes and strategy▪ Was doing a lot of data analysis on daily basis (with Excel)▪ Regularly analyzed our product range, market trends and competitor prices

(e.g. planning the production for customer order)▪ Cooperated with buyers, when is the best time to buy the raw materials (fresh fish)▪ Supported purchasing department in finding new suppliers▪ Demand planning / prepared forecasts▪ Managed stock levels of frozen and smoked goods▪ Calculated all price offers for customers▪ Provided support with data analysis
