I had the job of keeping the bowling area clean, wiping down tables, being a food runner, running the front desk, handling cash drawers, closing and opening the store, maintaining the bowling areas, assisting customers with refunds, complaints, and any other necessities. It was an amazing job and I worked with excellent co-workers. It was my greatest pleasure to deliver and amazing family fun experience and correct any mistakes that we had made by giving the customers what they wanted. We did an excellent job at keeping our customers happy and creating a space that made sure whoever wasn't happy would be given something to make sure they had a good time or would come back. Overall, this was one of my favorite jobs I have ever had.
