Manage all sales, marketing and aftersales aspects of the KTM and Husqvarna brands for both motorcycles and accessories. I am responsible, along with my team of 6 direct employees, for the dealer network strategy and management, monthly and yearly sales plans, marketing budget, market share goals, contracts, new product development projects, assembly projects, afters ales strategy and profitability of the business via product pricing. All this in alignment with head quarters and following very strict brand guidelines both for marketing activities as well as brand experience at the stores.

Create marketing plan for the brand based on the specific needs for each of the segments. Negotiate with head quarters support for the agreed plan and execute the different activities nationwide. Managed all marketing activities like fairs, shows, dealer experience, sponsorships, and more.

Supported the differnt importers in LATAM to coordinate all marketing activities like launches, press releases, events and more directly from HQ. Reported back and showed what was done and the progress that was reached with the different activities

Ensured annual sales plans where met by the 12 countires in LATAM which we worked with in KTM HQ. Assisted in any changes of bikes and made sure our allocation was as close to the country's request.
