Corporate trainer in all aspects of Fresh/Perishable inventory. Responsible for sales, shrink, profitability, and other aspects involved with the operations for the retail client.Facilitate courses based around the standards in each perishable department to train associates and develop them into tomorrow’s leaders.Facilitate management training seminars, including PowerPoint presentations on all aspects of the Fresh/Perishable part of the business. Develop department leads and managers into leaders, while insuring execution, planning, and merchandising of produce for the nation's largest retailer. We operate independently from the company although we are contracted to work for them. We insure standards and proper training is taking place within assigned regions for assigned departments. We are also tasked with teaching leadership and helping develop associates and management alike in order to provide effective results. Effective results show on the bottom line for the company. We operate under the subsidiary name Vine Direct Agency LLC. I am responsible for the sales, shrink, and overall profitability of the produce department in 15 retail locations, as well as the training of associates within those locations. I must budget and maintain expenses for the travel involved across 4 states in the region and operate to achieve maximum efficiency. We also coordinate grand openings of new locations and should emergencies arise, travel to those locations and help out until the business is back up and running as usual. We assisted in writing best practices and training for the company and have assisted in rolling it out nationwide.
