I spent 10 years in the NSW Justice Department, performing such diverse roles as Clerk of the Local Court, Chamber Magistrate, Coroner amongst many others. I was on relieving staff and travelled widely in the State of NSW whilst studying part time. In the 1980's I played 1st Grade Rugby for both Parramatta and Eastwood in the Sydney Grade Competition, having played in the Country in the late 70's. Upon finishing my degree, I travelled for 14 months and upon my return commenced private practice in Sydney.I practiced in a small boutique Sydney law firm specialising in Building and Construction Law for approximately 16 years and then joined the then Melbourne firm of Home Wilkinson Lowry, which has proceeded to expand nationally to now include offices in Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra aswell as Sydney and Melbourne. In that time I have acted for large and small contractors, sub contractors, consultants and developers in all aspects of the construction industry including advice and litigation in the residential space dealing with the Home Building Act.I am an accredited specialist in Commercial Litigation, specialising in Building and Construction.
