Ensure and create the entity maturity to develop and maintain the IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.Supervise and support the Key Projects in their IT implications, being the SPoC for those within IT scope.Defining and managing the foundational practices to be implemented as a basis for a proper and effective IT Governance function across entities, I&NM and Group IT.
