Responsible of Business Units PW / SW / MAG / Stamping / Assembly / Deburring / Washing Process.Leads, direct and control plant operations with overall responsibility for production , quality , scrap , safety , efficiency , up time , down time , deliveries , savings and others KPI´S ( pre production related).Completion of production plan by stablishing priorities ,scheduling activities and employees, monitoring progress , revising schedules , solving issues.
