To work with customers and help them solve issues that may arise during the manufacturing of parts with the different metals. I help the customer find solutions to fix the issues that may arise with machining difficult high temp alloys. I will trouble shoot the problems and use the latest tooling available or have special tooling designed that would be needed to fix the customers issues or reduce the cycle time it takes to machine the part. I have over 16 years of experience working with the Aerospace industry that machine a lot of difficult materials like Inconel 625, 718, 909, Titanium, Wasp Alloy and other high temp alloys on CNC lathes, VTL's, CNC Mills and other machines.
